In numbers: 100 g of our instant oats provide you with an impressive 60 g of carbohydrates, 13 g of protein and 9.3 g of fiber. And you can only benefit from this: the carbohydrates provide you with long-lasting energy that you can ideally use for and during training - and after training to support your regeneration. 2 And the proteins support your muscles in building and maintaining them. 1 To increase the amount of protein, we recommend mixing the oats with your favorite protein powder.
