Vitamin D3+K2 oral spray is a liquid alternative to our capsule product. Not only does it taste deliciously good, but also is it highly effective. It is proven and confirmed by EFSA, that D3+K2 has postives effects on the immune system, muscles, bones and blood clotting¹. Our spray can ideally complement a balanced diet in order to haven an easy and safe supply of vitamin D3 and K2.

Vitamin D deficiency is not rare

Vitamin D can be taken in small but insufficient amounts through food. The actual supply of vitamin D to the body takes place via the body's own production by means of UVB light exposure. This means that only when the sun shines sufficiently, the body will be able to produce enough vitamin D. In our latitudes, however, the UVB radiation required for this is only sufficient from spring to the end of summer.¹ If we also spend a lot of time indoors and little outdoors, the likelihood of sufficient vitamin D production decreases even on sunny days.

Results of the National Nutrition Survey II (NVS II) proof this matter of fact: over 90% of women and over 80% of men did not even reach the minimum intake recommended by the German Nutrition Society (DGE).² On average almost 70 % of German-based people do not reach optimal vitamin D levels - in winter, the figure is even more than 80 %. The numbers speak for themselves - supplementation of vitamin D is a good idea in Germany for pretty much everyone who cannot get enough vitamin D from their diet, in order to avoid negative consequences such as an immune system that does not function normally or poor bone health.
