Recommended intake

We recommend dissolving 1 g (measuring spoon inside) in 200 ml of water and drinking it daily.


For optimal support of the immune system 1 and to prevent tiredness and exhaustion 2, we recommend taking Buffered Vitamin C daily. It can be taken at any time of the day, but ideally in the morning.


Combine with a balanced diet rich in other important vitamins and minerals for best results.
