8 essential amino acids
Before we take a closer look at EAAs, let's get a brief overview: EAA stands for "essential amino acids". These are: Methionine, lysine, valine, leucine, isoleucine, phenylalanine, tryptophan and threonine. The body cannot produce them itself, so they must be taken in through food. The essential amino acids are found primarily in protein-rich foods such as fish and meat, but also legumes. Pay attention: Our EAA powder is made of plant-based raw materials and is therefore also excellent for vegetarians as well as vegans.
